I am happily married and blessed with two courageous daughters.  I have done a ton of personal development(especially within the last ten years) so, I know what it feels like to be hungry for change..
​ I also just turned sixty last May!

I received my Ohio medical massage license in 1993,  have training in Cranial Sacral Therapy , became a Reiki Master in 2004,  and I am a 2011 graduate from the  the Institute for Life Coach Training's (ICF) accredited foundational program . My strong background in healing, health and holistic wellness led me to coaching.  I love the quote by Victor Frankl, "What you resist persists."  or "What you give energy to is what you manifest." 
One of the ways I give back is through volunteering as a coach with a non-profit organization that assists women caregivers of wounded veterans. To continue my education and keep my coaching dynamic, I participate in monthly coach training calls. I keep my fees affordable and offer reduced rates for multiple sessions.
